Welcome to Architecture EX Training Academy (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in our courses, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General
1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the services you use.
1.2 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Services
2.1 Training Programs: We offer a range of instructor-led and online training programs in digital transformation and other related fields. Detailed descriptions of each program, including content, duration, and fees, are available on our website.
2.2 Enrollment: To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process, including payment of the applicable fees. By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Pricing: All fees for our training programs are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change the fees at any time, but any changes will not affect enrollments that have already been completed.
3.2 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept payment through various methods as indicated on our website.
3.3 Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your total amount due, if applicable.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by You: You may cancel your enrollment in a course at any time. To receive a refund, you must notify us of your cancellation in writing (email is acceptable) no later than 14 days before the course start date. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the course start date: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the course start date: No refund.
4.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course at our discretion. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid. If a course is rescheduled, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled course or receive a full refund.
4.3 Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a course without prior notice will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Content Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Architecture EX or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course materials without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
